 Thanks to everyone for your help with the aileron weight issue.  As it turns
out I had installed e weight upside and revered 180 deg. As Steve and others
pointed out.  Note that it appears to opposite to the way the mounting
instructions, what come with the weights, tell you.   Have a great day.  Joe
