The trailing antenna from the tv interview in Recife, which was of high interest even if it was in Portuguese,
was for the HF radio. The wire needs to be stabilized somehow and a small funnel works like a charm.
Some planes have a method to reel the wire in and out of the plane, but that was not an option on N6ZQ, so
it was attached at the bottom and works great.
