That's a range (no wind, no hot air) of about 4900 NM carrying a fuel load of about 250 gal for a mere 1500 pounds + slim pilot + 5 power bars and 6 bottles of Evian = useful load of only 1700 pounds - doable in that special IV. So, what is about 2600 NM (3000 SM) away to the SSW? Let's see, that's about 43 degrees of latitude where KISO is N35 and Trujillo, Peru is S8. Works for me.............
