I'd suggest that your decision will be influenced a great deal by what parts (exhaust system), engine mount, etc. are offered by Lancair.
If you can still get the long engine mount, buy it.
Same is true for the exhaust system. They offered one in stainless to fit the IO360B1F and it is an excellent fit If your fuel servo mounts on the forward sump face, it won't fit and you'll be looking for a custom exhaust system.

So it all depends....
