However, on examination of the specs for useful load, it would seem that with 2 170lb individuals and minimal baggage, and full fuel, we would be right up against the gross weight limit. My questions: the fact that we are so close to gross weight seems to severely limit the weight of the avionics we plan to install (fairly substantial components--Garmin 530 Stack etc), or make it a one person airplane. What are the loading characteristics of the aircraft in terms of CG limit......easy or more difficult to load out of CG with this type of load? For the useful load published, it would seem that a substantial IFR instrumentation panel would almost make this a 1 person ship.......Am I missing something? :) Thanks for your help....we're excited to begin this project.
