Saw the news on the LOBO news flash. Second, I had a similar experience of leaking valve covers. I had the silicon gaskets, but no matter what I did I seemed to keep getting the leaks. Turns out that was not the source of the leaking oil. Instead a couple of the valve guide tubes had leaks and those O ring gaskets had to be replaced. I chased the leaks for weeks until I finally had a mechanic look at it and he discovered the true source.
