You might try opening MS Excel on your computer, then open the file from within Excel. When you do this, Excel will offer
you the option of “opening all Excel files” in a little box in the lower right corner. Pull the menu down for this box and change it to “open all files.” This will allow you to “see” .csv and other type files. You can then locate
the data file on your stick (likely a .csv …comma separated variable…file) and it will open in excel to show the data. Some formatting may be needed, but this should get you going.

My files appear as '.csv' type on the SD card, and are instantly imported by Excel with no questions asked.
