Both are great airplanes. If you have the additional cash and wouldn't mind the additional work and time to complete (depending on how much work has been done on the kit you'll be buying), you might as well go for the L2K. The L2K has lots of noticeable improvements, is more spacious, suposedly have a better CG envelope, a little faster cruise speed, a little slower landing (due to better flaps). But as any new kit, it probably will have its share of SB's, while you already have a nealy 100% debugged design on the 360. I did also decided to upgrade to the MkII tail, as it makes the 320/360 more forgiving on the lateral axis. Good luck on your project.
