I was surfing the web looking for additional info in regards to the lancair
canopy forward tilt hinge setup when I found your post. I have just
purchased an 80% complete Lancair 320, but it has the 4 point canopy setup.
I would like to change it to a forward tilt, but I'm having difficulty
finding info and pics in regards to the project. I'm wondering how much
modification needs to be done to the header tank, etc?

Any info or pics you could provide would be greatly appreciated. It looks
like the hinge kit is still available from Kit Components Inc., albeit at a
high price.
