Dear Team,
I have cut the pre-molded main gear cover for my IV-P too small (I've
actually cut it several times, butit's still too small...) Vern is prepared
to send me another in exchange for more greenbacks, but suggested I consider
making one out of prepreg. Seems the "old way" of doing this has some
advantages. He and Mark Manke advised that several builders have done this,
to include installation of access panels for servicing in the wheel well
area. Do any of you have any pictures/ideas on this you'd be willing to
share? Pix to me at rpastusek@htii.com if you can spare the time.
