Pinch and remove the "engraved" plastic part of the switch (that is how you get to the lamp inside).  There are folks  that engrave these - I'm not sure the person that did mine 15 years ago is still around.

Hi All,

Does anyone know if the attached switches are a "standard" switch?  Or are these switches screen printed/engraved after purchase?   What is the exact name of them as well so I can order one.  We are replacing the speed brake switch with a "backup battery" switch.
