I needed to access the Internet while at OSH and looked in vain for a
vendor with computers setup for that purpose.

Sure, there were a number of vendors showing off their own web sites, but
I couldn't find one set up for the purpose of allowing visitors to access
the web.

I'd be willing to pay a nominal, per minute, fee for such access. An OSH
facility could be set up much like the "Internet cafes" one finds in
major business centers.
