My mistake this looks like a different area than where I had the problem. But you can still get some hysol in there and add 1 ply of bid over the joint to fix it. You may have to sand the ply after cure a little to get the spar to spar fit perfect.

While masking and prepping the fuselage for paint today, inspection of the left stub wing revealed a crack in the bond of the lower wing skin at the stub wing rib/main spar/D section area. The lower skin was bonded with Hysol at the factory, there are multiple BID layups on all joints within the gear well itself. I can only imagine that with a handful of wing install/removal cycles during construction, that pressure from the outer wing main spar on the stub wing skin during installation could have caused this.

A new tool to the rescue! Out came the Japanese pull saw from Takagi...

 I was somewhat surprised to find a small void after opening up the joint.

And a new batch of Hysol with flox to fill the void.

Now I can get back to painting again in the morning.
