Tom,
Re-prime just the local area and feather in.  There is no need to re-prime the entire part.

Up to now i have been blocking out the original wls primer and overlaying it with the recommended SW epoxy primer and then blocking that out before final paint. The manufacturer states that the final coat material will also do well over wls as long as it is sanded to 320 grit. So all is good until I get to some surfaces that have a heavy coat of wls which I block out aggressively to get a flat surface that leaves one or two tiny areas of exposed micro or glaze (not raw glass). Now I am faced with a dilemma, do I take the chance and final coat or bite the bullet or re-prime the whole bloody thing and block it out again?  I know what the book says but I would like to hear from those of you who have had experience with this choice. What I am talking about are one or two half inch wisps of exposed material on ailerons. When I paint the wings I won't be taking any chances but curious to know if you painters have seen delamination of paint due small spots of missing primer.
