My problem was not with either the = autopilot/settings or the G900 electronics and you are correct that the = new software does work well .=20 The newer Sorcerer software enables communication with the 900 through = the previously unused AIRINC bus. This new data path is used for = baro/etc. functions which are working properly per your description. If = the Sorcerer display shows "NO GPS" it means the 232 bus is not = functioning. Look for problems there. The 232 connection is between the = 900 GIA2 and the Sorcerer. The 232 is the path that is used for all of = the altitude, heading information which the 900 supplies. In my case the = 232 bus had an intermittent short eventually traced to some = contamination (suspect a tiny carbon fibre) which when cleaned up = allowed everything to work fine. If the Sorcerer display says anything = other than "NO GPS" then the 232 path is OK and all should be OK. Send me an email offline with your phone number if your issue is = different and you think I can help.
