Here is some information on Lancair 320/360 cushions and custom upholstery.
Because we build each cushion system one at a time by hand, we can custom build your cushions to the proper thicknesses. Sometimes we
use spacer or booster to adjust the cushions for different sized Pilots. The weight is not so important; visco-elastic Confor cushions will work for someone 265+lbs and for someone 110lbs.
Thats why we call them VK Smart cushion systems.
Also when ever possible we build the cushion cores and send them to you un-upholstered for a trial fit. At this time you can check the
cushion thicknesses, etc. and we can make any modifications (free of charge) with out destroying or modifying the custom upholstery. Once you are completely satisfied with the cushions cores then you can send them back for upholstery or have someone else do
the upholstery work.

We use multi layers of different densities of Confor foam to construct our cushions. Because Confor foam is pressure and temperature
sensitive the cushions are stiffer in cold temperatures, however it only takes minutes for your body heat and any vehicle heating system to warm the cushions and make them softer.
Payment options are Visa, MasterCard, check, Money order, or bank transfer.
Thank you,
