Then, I dropped the iPad this week at = the airport and the magnetic cover flew off and shattered the glass. I = tried the one-time trick at the genius bar and they quoted $369 to = replace the G3 iPad2. Other stores allow the courtesy replacement for = cracked glass on the iPad so I'll try again. Some stores have allowed = shattered glass to be exchanged for a new iPad as they differentiate = between a crack and a disastrous fall.
