I like the standard Apple fold-over case.
It has these plusses:
- thin
- non-slip surface
- cover protects the glass when not in use
- folds so that you can put it on a desk and it has about a 20 degree angle toward the user - so you can use it with a keypad like a computer.

I don't have any fancy mounts I just have it on my lap or in the co-pilot seat.
