Can someone tell me if there is a bleeding proceedure for the installation
of a Constant Speed Propeller? My reason for asking is that I just had my
Prop and Governer overhauled, during engine run-up the propeller would not
respond to changes from my cycling the propeller govenor cable. Granted I am
assuming the govenor is properly installed and functioning. Any help or
suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
