Not sure where you’d put it on your list, but in mine I start on the left tank, and after 3 minutes or so taxi on the right tank to runup area. Take-off on fullest tank. This ensures that you have good fuel flow from both sides before you leave the ground.

I've just taken the check list from the IV-P POH and trimmed it down to hit all the key points so I don't miss anything. Although I thought that many of you have hundreds of hours and would perhaps recommend some changes/additions to the list before I go an laminate it.
