You can fill it out as many times as you want. That may be a problem or help with problem # 2. 2. It doesn't take into account folks that have built more than one E-AB since it only wants info on use of your "current E-AB." 3. The survey would be more useful if it was a longitudinal study. There is no way to associate the current set of survivor/responders with future mayhems among the same population. 4. It would be more useful if most of the same survey information was obtained about pilots that, uh, didn't survive. That could be correlated with those that do. I don't know if there is some standard format about pilot info that the NTSB collects at each E-AB accident. 5. Builder-pilot data is different than Purchaser-pilot data and so are the implications drawn from such. I hope the survey suggests some ways to enhance E-AB safety without resorting to additional "regulations."
