I use the following procedure which works about 95% of the time on the first try:
Wide open throttle
Fill rich mixture
Low boost on for 6 seconds...then boost off
Attempt start with one finger ready to turn on low boost and your right hand on the throttle ready to retard when engine fires off
When engine does fire off, immediately turn low boost on and retard throttle
