Just about any non-aircraft engine equipped airplane will sell for the same or less than a no-engine airplane. Insurance is another issue, you won't get any with a non-aircraft engine. Certainly safety is a significant issue, but one that hasn't been ment= ioned=20 (I think) is the resale value.  Just about any non-aircraft engine equ= ipped=20 airplane will sell for the same or less than a no-engine airplane.
 
Insurance is another issue, you won't get any with a non-aircraft=20 engine.
