With a special Hartzell Compact CS prop at flat pitch on my IO 320 RPM IPS Angle 2000 .04 204 2370 .03 176 2600 .05 114 1200 .04 211 0800 .06 282 The balance varied a small amount and the angle (for plotting purposes) varied quite a bit. The balance varied a small amount and the angle (for plotting purpose= s)=20 varied quite a bit.  I don't remember if there was much=20 wind.
