Hi Marv,
Thanks for the information on weight and balance! It was a great help.
In some of the weight/balance letters guys were saying that they were
going to "up their gross weight to 2000 pounds". Where would I get
information on doing this (legality)?
About the contribution - I looked everywhere for weight/balance
information (even talked to a Lancair rep) and got very little help, so
in desperation I posted a question and in a couple days you sent me a
personal e-mail telling me where to look. The "time" you saved me, not to
mention the cost of all the phone calls I made, is well worth the 30
bucks!!!!!!!!!! THANKS FOR ALL YOUR WORK !!!!!!! The check is in the
mail.
Thanks,
Grady

I was unable to answer Grady's question about upping the gross weight, and
hope that some of you out there know the trick and would pass it along to
the rest of us. He is referencing some posts that hit the LML way back in
late March regarding wt&bal of L-360's. I know that there was a recent
bulleting regarding increasing the gross weight to 1785 from 1685, but
don't remember anything about getting it up to a ton. Naturally, any
comments will be greatly appreciated. <M>
