I had similar findings. Traced to galled cylinder for nose gear retraction allowing pressure to bleed past.

Lancair does have an overhaul kit, but i chose to replace cylinder. So far, no more problems.

Since yours is a flap issue, might check the flap hydraulic cylinder.
