Traced to galled cylinder for nose gear retraction a= llowing pressure to bleed past. Lancair does have an overhaul kit, but i chose to replace cylinder. So far, n= o more problems.=20 Since yours is a flap issue, might check the flap hydraulic cylinder. Doug Owen=
