Have been working on the aircraft for just over 3 years. Gear completed more than a year ago. Everything tested out OK in both normal and free fall operation. Jacked it up again a few weeks ago and tested the gear again resulting in correct functioning. Then after having it jacked up for a couple of days I selected gear down and everything was very quite. After giving the airframe a jolt the pump started and gear came down. Since then I have normal functioning until once more there is no response to down selection. Have checked all wiring etc and found nothing wrong. Talked to Lancair and they suggested swaping Low Pressure Relays. Have not tried this yet. Will advise if I find a solution..
