On a recent trip, we experienced a mechanical breakdown 1000 miles away from our home base. After many hours of work we were airborne and on our way. However, if we had the build books for our aircraft with us we could have been done in far less time. We carry a Kindle for our approach plates and our G900X user and installation guide. We feel it is time for Lancair to have the build books available for down load to our electronic devices so we can carry them also. We have contacted Lancair with no reply.
