We design custom ICs and I'm also pretty handy. As long as you willing and have the patience to learn you'll do fine. I might suggest that the desire to learn is key to having fun building the IV. Ye old manual is only a starting point for figuring out how to do many tasks.... It could really use a major revision. (probably the only negative point I have about Lancair) > How long........ A.
