I think you'll find that 20% as the aft limit is a typo. If that were true =
the average chord would be over 100 inches. 15-29% makes more sense. I'm no=
t sure where I go my earlier number (30%) as the aft limit. Maybe I measure=
d my wing and "winged" it.

What's truly amazing=2C however=2C is that there are two different limits i=
n the same handbook! =20
