McMinnville, Oregon Fly In Trip Report

We enjoyed favorable weather for the McMinnville fly in Saturday.  It was a little warm, but clear skies.  Fifteen airplanes arrived, including a Quickie and a Falco.  In addition, several people drove from their homes in the area.  34 people joined us for lunch and the museum tour, and 22 for dinner.  Everyone had a good time and enjoyed the museums, despite the lack of air conditioning in the aviation museum.  Cirrus Aviation, the FBO, did a great job supporting us

Thanks to everyone who made this a success.  Special thanks to Crew Car Captain Jim Thomas and to the others who drove people back and forth all day.  And thanks to everyone who made things work out instead of complaining.  You are an easy group to accommodate!
