I use bearing grease for 'exterior' bearings= =3D=3D> those that are likely exposed to the elements or are subjected t= o higher loads.  This forms a better barrier to resist moisture penetr= ation etc.  Any gap between bearing and race is filled with grease.=0A
For interior applications I use LPS2. =3D=3D> this spray= lubricant has less friction than grease.
