Assume you've already been through the brake rotors, but any rust or
out-of-round conditions can cause shimmy. It also pretty easy to lift the
wheels off the ground and spin them with an electric motor...just hold a
medium size pulley against the tire with the motor running. See if that
produces any shimmy/vibration on the ground...
