re: the voltage wire, they come pre-cut with the xv-19 kit so one approach is to just try moving things around to avoid interference. If you can find a radio expert to help you with your mockup, that might be worth it.
It's so tight in there, it's extremely difficult to get the high voltage wire well away from the antenna. Another approach is to eat the drag and put a whisker on the tail. ....known solution and no fooling around.
