It seemed even more =20 unreasonable because I had bought the LNC2 more than 2 years before =20 they asked for the re-registration fee. (And I had bought parts from =20 them in that previous 2 year period without asking for the fee.) They sort of have you over a barrel if you want parts, but they did =20 not withhold the parts. They sold me the parts and asked me to =20 complete the registration. They did not request the inspection =20 process or any additional training beyond what I had already done. =20 Just the form and the fee.
