It would be interesting to know what happens when a registered owner is also a builder assist facility or professional finisher or even a pro builder.
Also, what does "continued support" have do do with an "insurance inspection" or "prescribed training" programs? Sounds like a lot of CYA on Lancair's part for future legal issues. Also sounds a little "extortionistic".
I don't have plans to sell my plane but I just don't like having the rules change after all these years.

You bring up many good questions.. I do know that Lancair would not sell me any Lancair parts untill I completed their old "Transfer of Ownership" document. That was a very simple form telling them what kit I had and who I was. That was about 2 years ago.
