So, what about a controller that continuously varies the trim speed between air speed X and Y ?
Maximum trim speed up to air speed X and decaying trim speed to air speed Y.
A transition between two flight states, something like the controls of the V-22.
 
No, it doesn't exist, I would have to build one.

I have a module (no longer made), but has adjustable speed settings
driven by a flap micro switch.

Haven't flown yet so don't know how well it works, but seems good in
theory and simple.
