Hi Valin,

I'm using RAC's  SPD-1 Servo Speed Control on my Legacy and = I'm happy=20 with it.  I set mine so that when the flaps are not fully up, the = elevator=20 trim moves at full speed.  When the flaps are fully up, the = speed=20 controller is activated and the elevator trim moves slower.  How = much=20 slower is controlled by a screwdriver adjustment on the top of the=20 controller.  A microswitch on the flap torque tube tells the speed=20 controller when the flaps are fully up.

The speed controller sells for $45.
