McMinnville, Oregon Lancair Fly In

Evergreen Aviation Museum

This is another reminder for the Lancair fly in at McMinnville, Oregon, KMMV.  Land at the airport Saturday morning (or the night before for long distance flyers) and take a free shuttle across the highway to the Evergreen Aviation Museum.  We’ll meet for lunch in a dining room in the museum reserved for us. 

Most people are staying at the Red Lion hotel.

Be sure to say you’re part of the Lancair Fly In to get the discount rate of $90. 

The hotel doesn’t have a shuttle (none of them do), but we’ll have a crew car from the FBO and I’ve lined up a couple of volunteers to shuttle us around.  The hotel doesn’t have a restaurant, but they have a dining room.  That’s where we’ll have dinner Saturday, with pizza delivered from a nearby restaurant.  The hotel has a free breakfast Sunday morning and then you’re on your own.
