I just located a supply of high temp tie-straps on ebay.  Package of 100 each 12 inches long, rated for Plenum use (high temp,flame resistant, low smoke).  Cost was $25 which I thought was reasonable after a brief search on the web.

I'm also looking for high temp spiral wire wrap and havent found anything in short lengths that was reasonably priced.  If anyone has a source, please let me know.
