I have received confirmation the aircraft that made the emergency landing at
San Antonio International was indeed a Lancair IV.  No further information
is available at this time.  If I hear anything interesting I'll provide an
update to the list.

By the way I assume that everyone is aware that Glasair closed yesterday and
is out of business "pending reorganization".  Additional information is
available on AvWeb www.avweb.com and the Aero News Network aero-news.net .

{The LIVP at San Antonio yesterday afternoon sustained strut damage as a
result of a hard landing.  It is my understanding that no emergency was
ever declared and that the incident occurred during normal operations.
