I really don't think a rating system is appropriate to this particular mission. I envision The BA Centers List to be nothing more than an information clearinghouse on who does what where. It should be up to the individual builder desiring services to do his own due diligence to ascertain whether or not any particular shop is up to the tasks required. Each shop should be able to provide references which would be included with their listing so interested builders / prospective customers would have access to that kind of information as a matter of course. Since the material will be readily available to all interested parties, I think it would be highly unlikely that anyone who isn't would present themselves as a reputable shop knowing that there are at least 450 active list subscribers who are free to talk among themselves to dispute any unfounded claims.
