My plane has the tabs up per the drawings. Lancair seems to have revised the torque tubes holding the sticks so as to give more room behind the panel. I would ask them for the new ones, but then I would have to build new travel stops, and it's one more thing I'd just as soon not re-do. Build it wit the crossover below, and make sure that the sticks pass through the centerline of the torque tube to get to their attachment. They slant inward about 20 degrees at neutral. Enjoy!
