This San Jose CA area is about twice as expensive for square footage as the Southern California. $50/ hour in this area is really not a bad deal. Small hangers here are $250 per month and you have to wait 5 years to get one. The booming electronics industry in this area has really jacked the prices up. This is why I was saying that I would like to find an assistant builder anywhere in California. I have weekends and a lot of vacation time coming up this summer. If there is anyone out there who likes building 360's, and has a hanger, I can fly there every weekend and spend a whole block of time with you during my vacation. I have a camper that I can live out of. I'm looking for a guy that has built a 235 or a 320 for himself and liked it so much he went into business for himself helping other guys build them. I was hoping to pay about $20 / hour. So the guy would have to live in an area where the cost of living was cheap so that $20 meant something. I probably need to find a young guy just starting out, or an older guy who is retired and just wants some extra cash doing a fun job that he enjoys. If anyone is interested or knows anyone who is interested, write me back.
