I am looking at Chap. 17, fig 17:i:1 as well as others and I find my aileron
torque tubes, p/n AL402-01L and -01R, have the forward tangs pointed
downward where the drawings in the book show them up.  The crossover tube is
also shown in the "up" position.  Should the crossover tube be above the
torque tubes?
Am I nuts?  The factory got busy and didn't answer on this one.  Any help
would be appreciated.  I have the stick yokes downward and the short end
forward along with the arms for the bellcrank pushrods pointed outboard.
All this per the drawings.  Something is amiss here.  Have I done a Rt.- Lt.
swap?
Thank you,
Walter Dodson, coy0te@pacbell.net
