Yes, the nylon seals in the epoxy dispenser are relatively hard but since you have gone to
the time and trouble to disassemble and clean the dispenser, why dont you just replace
them. After eight years, my dispenser valves and seals died and for $ 47, the pump mfgr
will send you everything you need to completely rebuild the pump. Since your pump is 10
years old, you might be on borrowed time.
RE: Relief Tube for IV-P: A pressurized relief tube from a T-33 was the first extra that
I purchased for my IV-P back in 1993. ( FIRST things FIRST.) Try Dixie Air Parts at
210-924-5561 . FYI, they also have a nice cabin altimeter and hydraulic pressure gage
available.
