as i recall(i'll have to look it up again) but vne is 274 kts in a ivp.
if this is the case then it must be indicated not true otherwise i as
would most iv and propjet drivers exceed vne in cruise at 300+ ktas at
altitude with indicated around 200. am i missing something?
