LML'ers

Do any of you know whether Lancair has an alternate source for a replacement 320/360 nose gear strut? Could anything else be made to fit?
Pretty depressing to think that a damaged strut would render our planes worthless not to mention a total loss for insurance purposes.
I certainly hope I'm wrong.
