In addition, this cable was the only one I could find which has a double shield of inner and outer braid. The primary reason for shielding in the first place is to prevent unwanted signals from finding their way into the cable. such as strobe or ignition stuff. This cable costs around 2.30 per foot vs .24 for RG58 but I always need another excuse to bleed off the checkbook balance. Completed my installation of the S-TEC pitch servo motor and cable today plus 2hrs time in an Ercoupe. Angier Ames
